Enable Case Feed Actions and Feed Items unavailable in Support Settings

The "Enable Case Feed Actions and Feed Items" option is missing from Support Settings.
Решение


Make sure that "Enable Feed Tracking" is enabled first on the Case object.

Gear icon | Setup | Feature Settings | Chatter | Feed Tracking | Case
