Permissions Required to create or run a 'Leads with Converted Lead' report

To create or run a report using the 'Leads with Converted Lead Information' standard report type in Salesforce, the user's profile must have the following permissions enabled. Without these, the report type will not appear in the report type selector.

Required User Permissions:

• Create and Customize Reports
• Report Builder

Required Object Permissions:

• Lead (minimum Read permission required for report type to appear in selector) 
• Opportunity (minimum Read permission required for report type to appear in selector) 
• Account
• Contact

** In order to display the Leads with Converted Lead Information report type in the report type selector, the user's profile must have at minimum read permissions on the Leads and Opportunity objects.

The fields available in this report type come from the Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities objects.
