Mobile Chat visitors are experiencing unexpected disconnections during active chat sessions. This is commonly observed when the Idle Connection Warning Duration and Idle Connection Timeout Duration settings on the Chat Deployment page are set to values that do not account for mobile network instability.
There are two fields on the Chat Deployment page that can impact disconnects.
The default value for these are 40 and 110 seconds, respectively. You can customize these values, but you want to be aware that mobile connectivity is not as stable as web-based, so you want to allow the visitor some time to reconnect should their connection become unstable.
