Configure custom routable object for Maps Advanced

Steps to Create a new lookup relationship between the Maps Advanced Route Waypoint object and the custom Routable Object.

1. Open the Salesforce Setup menu and navigate to Object Manager.
2. Search for and select the Maps Advanced Route Waypoint object.
3. Navigate to Fields & Relationships and select New.
4. For Data Type, select Lookup Relationship and click Next.
5. In the Related To dropdown, select your custom object and click Next.
6. For Field Label and Field Name, you must format the values as shown below then click Next.
   1. Field Label = Object Name (i.e. RetailStore)
   2. Field Name = RW_Object_Name (i.e. RW_RetailStore)
7. Choose your preferences for steps 4 - 6 and click Save.

• For Consumer Goods Org if your routable object is RetailStore, use RW_RetailStore as Field name and API name must be RW_RetailStore__C 
• The above steps are not necessary if your Routable Object will be an Account, Case, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity, as these are configured by default upon installation.
