Student Licenses

Saleforce.org offers 45 free Lightning Sales Cloud - Enterprise Edition for Students at no cost to higher Ed institutions that are offering course work instructing students on how to use Salesforce. If you are a Professor and would like to request student licenses, please send an email and include the below information to your Account Executive.

Please only include "Student Licenses" in the subject line of your email and copy your Account Executive. 

Please do not confuse student licenses with the Power of Us 10 free licenses. The Power of Us Program includes 10 free subscriptions of Sales & Service Cloud Enterprise Edition for all eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. The P10 licenses are Cloud CRM licenses and are not used for instructing students in the classroom. 

Required Information

• • Number of student licenses needed
  • Trial Org ID
  • Length of class (3 months, 6 months, 1 year)

Required Documents

• • Signed paperwork (Quote) with accepted title (i.e., Professor).
  • Proof of signer's affiliation with institution.
  • Verification that institution is not for profit (NCES.ed.gov).
  • Copy of course syllabus, along with relevant course materials.
  • Signed MSA when setting up your (EDU Trial)

Business Practices

• • Student Licenses cannot co-exist on the same account/instance with paid licenses. They need to be completely separate.
