Across the Marketing Cloud product suite there are an array of different AI features and functionality. All of which support a wide range of marketing specific needs — from automation, to content personalization, decisioning, analytics, segmentation, campaign create and beyond. The various AI features and functionality include both generative and predictive AI. Use previous behaviors to determine the optimal time to send a customer a message.
