Feedback Management delivers an intuitive, flexible survey builder including AI survey generation and translation in 18 global languages, 14 questions types, custom branding capabilities, survey reminders to boost response rates, and CRM Merge Fields for survey personalization. Feedback Management also includes Data Mapper in order to build CRM automation based on real-time feedback data within just a few clicks. Feedback Management comes with out-of-the-box CRM Analytics dashboards to analyze customer feedback trends including CSAT, NPS, and survey performance across channels, demographics, locations, industries, and more. With Customer Lifecycle Maps, teams also receive additional insights into customer feedback trends across customer lifecycle stages.
