Agentforce for Marketing includes two different types of agents: 1. Out-of-the-box (OOTB) Marketing Cloud agents 2. Build-your-own (BYO) marketing use case agents OOTB agents, available to Marketing Cloud Growth and Advanced Edition customers, are pre-built into the Editions. Today, this includes Agentforce Campaigns which is GA now. BYO agents cater to customers seeking custom solutions beyond OOTB offerings. Using Agent Builder, Marketing Cloud customers on Growth/Advanced Edition and/or with Salesforce Foundations can build agents tailored to their specific needs, such as automated SMS conversations or event website support.
