Sales Performance Management (SPM) is the process of proactively tracking, managing and improving the work of your sales teams. Salesforce’s SPM software is a fully integrated platform built directly into users’ CRM, enabling them to improve sales planning and execution, allocate targets, incentivize sellers and empower reps to close deals faster. The Salesforce SPM suite includes a number of automated solutions designed to drive sales performance, including Sales Planning, Sales Programs, Salesforce Spiff, and Salesforce Maps.
