Event Monitoring helps customers track and audit behavior by monitoring security, tracking application performance, and gleaning product intelligence insights using event logs. Customers can view and download event data on a daily or hourly basis, and get fifty-four API accessible events, such as logins/logouts, report exports, Apex executions, page loads, and more. Event Monitoring also has Transaction Security Policies, which are custom security policies that can automatically block risky user actions and prevent data loss before it occurs. Real-time notifications help security respond to potential threats fast. Real-Time Event Monitoring enables customers to monitor user behavior in near real-time by choosing from a list of relevant event types; proactively find security threats with automation; and stay on top of compliance, responding to audits by storying and querying event data with SOQL.
