Users may encounter the error "You can't perform this action on this page" when using the Send Email action in a Sales Cadence.

A Sales Cadence  is a structured, automated sequence of outreach activities — such as emails, calls, and tasks — designed to help sales reps engage with prospects or customers in a consistent and timely manner

Ratkaisu

To resolve this error, you will need to create an Email Global Action.
 
  1. Navigate to Global Actions
In Salesforce Classic: Setup | Create | Global Actions | Global Actions
In Lightning Experience: Setup | User Interface | Global Actions | Global Actions
 
  1. Click on New Action.
  2. For the Action Type, select Send Email.
  3. Complete the required fields for Label and Name.
  4. Click Save

Note: If the issue persists, ensure the affected user has access to the email template being used by the Email Action.
