Field representatives may plot saved marker layers in Salesforce Maps Mobile and quickly identify what important records are near their current location. After choosing a record to visit, reps may use Take Me There to get directions to that record's location. This functionality is useful for finding new sales or service appointments if a planned visit cancels or finishes early.

2. Tap a nearby marker you want to visit.
3. Tap Take Me There to open your preferred mobile navigation app and get turn by turn directions from your current location to that marker's location.
Note: The location of the Take Me There button may vary depending on the layout of your Button Set . If you do not see Take Me There in Salesforce Maps Mobile, tap the three vertical dots and check the additional buttons menu:

Field representatives may plot saved Routes or Schedule plans in Salesforce Maps Mobile and quickly see where their upcoming stops or appointments are. Reps may then use Take Me There to get turn by turn directions to each stop, helping them save time between appointments.

2. Tap the first stop on your Route or Schedule.
3. Tap Take Me There to open your preferred mobile navigation app and get turn by turn directions from your current location to that stop or appointment's location.
4. Optional: Log activity for each of your planned stops using Salesforce Maps Check In.
Take Me There leverages your mobile device's native navigation app by default to provide turn by turn directions. For example, iOS users will see Apple Maps by default, and Android users will see Google Maps by default. Salesforce Maps Mobile App Users may change their app settings to link Salesforce Maps to their preferred navigation app instead of their device's default app. Salesforce Maps Mobile supports Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze.
1. Tap the settings cog at the top left corner of the screen to open Salesforce Maps Mobile App Settings.

Note: If selecting an application not native to the device (ie Apple Maps for iPhone), please ensure the application is already downloaded on your mobile device. If Google Maps or Waze is selected and it is not downloaded on your device Take Me There will not work.
