Below, you will find a list of all options available from the Salesforce Maps Routes interface.
Using Maps Mass Actions, you can draw a boundary around a group of Markers, right click them, and add them to a route. Alternatively, you can select any Marker, select the Actions tab, and select Add to Route. Below are the Steps:
You can also import Events that can be used to create a route.
Note: This feature will import the events of the logged in user. If the route is for another user, please access Maps as them to import their calendar events.
