Lead Capture not available in Marketing Cloud

Lead Capture for MC allows brands running ad campaigns on Facebook to automate lead form submissions directly into MC data extensions. This is a FREE feature for anyone who has licensed Marketing Cloud.

 

In the past, all MC licensed customers had access to Facebook Lead Capture directly inside the Marketing Cloud Dashboard. However, now in order to stay GDPR compliant, users must follow one more quick step to gain access to the application.

To install Lead Capture for Marketing Cloud, follow the instructions:

1. Visit https://appexchange.salesforce.com/

2. Search "Lead Capture for Marketing Cloud".

3. Click "Lead Capture for Marketing Cloud" to open the app's page.

4. Click the "Get it Now" button

5. Read and agree to the app's terms and conditions.  

6. Click the "Install from Marketing Cloud" button.

7. Login into Marketing Cloud to install the Lead Capture for Marketing Cloud app.
