Salesforce updated the API name for the "Add to Call List" action with the Summer '19 release. As a result, orgs that have customized some of their search layouts may encounter issues with using the "Add to Call List" mass action.
This affects orgs using Sales Dialer, previously called Lightning Dialer, that have customized search layouts for accounts, leads, or contacts.
The "Add to Call List" action doesn't work from list views, not including the Recently Viewed list view.
Note: The "Add to Call List" action will not appear if you have enabled High Velocity Sales [Sales Engagement]. Take the steps to disable HVS, and then the action button will work.
Update the search layout of the related objects to apply the new API name as instructed below:
