Unable to save email template from 'Email' action in Case object

Upon clicking 'insert email template' button in the Email action for Case object, we will notice that the Save as new template and the Save template options are grayed out or not available if we want to save our draft email as a template in Salesforce.
솔루션
This is now expected behavior and a recent change introduced in Summer '19 release, see Have More Control over Your Email Template Library.

"The Save as new template and Save template menu items are now unavailable to agents using the Email Quick Action when working on cases. Agents can still create and edit templates from the Email Templates home in Lightning Experience."

This was removed to prevent unnecessary and unintentional modifications on the templates which may greatly affect your business and your brand.
