CPQ Conga error ‘You do not have a Conga Quote Generation License’

Users may encounter this error when attempting to use Conga generated buttons or when launching the Conga Quote Quick Start wizard. This error appears when the active user record is missing the required Permission Set License to use Conga Quote Generation. Assigning the appropriate user license for this package resolves the error. If Permission Set Licenses are not available in a sandbox but are available in production, the license matching tool can be used to align licenses.
解決策
The Conga Quote Generation for Salesforce CPQ Permission Set License is assigned to production environments when the order form created by your Salesforce Account Team is signed via an internal licensing process. If the "Salesforce CPQ: Conga Quotes" managed package was installed in a sandbox environment and users are seeing the error: ‘You do not have a Conga Quote Generation License’, the Permission Set License is not available and licenses must be matched from production. Matching licenses from production to sandbox can be completed with a sandbox refresh or by using the Match production Licenses to sandbox feature detailed here.
