Change Environment in Salesforce Gmail Integration

If there's no environment picklist available on the Salesforce Gmail Integration side panel, you can still switch between Production and Sandbox by changing the setting directly in the Chrome extension options. Follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Chrome extensions.
  2. Open Manage Extensions.
  3. Click Details on the Salesforce tile.
  4. Click Extension Options.
  5. Select Production or Sandbox from the Environment dropdown.
