Unable to log in to the sandbox for Gmail Integration as there’s no picklist available on the side panel.
Решение


To change the environment when logging in to Gmail Integration, follow the steps below:

 
  1. Navigate to Chrome extensions.
  2. Open Manage Extensions
  3. Click Details on the Salesforce tile
  4. Click Extension Options.
  5. Select Production or Sandbox from the Environment dropdown.
