Salesforce Maps Connector for ArcGIS supports several ArcGIS Online layer types for use with Maps. This article lists each supported layer type so you can plan how to connect your ArcGIS Online data to Salesforce Maps.
This article answers the question: which ArcGIS Online layer types can I use with the Salesforce Maps Connector for ArcGIS? Salesforce Maps supports a specific set of ArcGIS Online layer types when you connect an ArcGIS Online layer to a Salesforce Maps layer.
If your ArcGIS Online layer type is not in the list above, Salesforce Maps cannot connect to it directly. For example, a sales rep who wants to overlay a custom ArcGIS Server feature layer showing customer territories on their Salesforce Maps view can do so, since Feature Layer (ArcGIS Server) is supported.
