The "New" Button is Not Visible on the Influenced Opportunities Related List on the Campaign Page Layout

Admins configuring Campaign page layouts notice the New button is absent from the Influenced Opportunities related list, even though the button is visible in the layout editor. This is expected behavior. The related list is read-only and records must be created from the Opportunity side.

Решение

This is working as intended. The Influenced Opportunities related list is read only and the "New" button is not supported. Campaign Influence records can only be manually created via the Campaign Influence related list on the Opportunity record.
