After the package is done installing, the b2bmaIntegration package is listed under “Installed Packages” in Salesforce.
When navigating to the b2bma_canvas connected app in Salesforce, choose "edit policies" and elect “Admin approved users are pre-authorized” in the “Permitted Users” list, click Save, and reply “OK” to the resulting alert.
Note: If the "Permitted Users" is listed as "All users may self-authorize", then the user cannot assign profiles or permissions sets to this connected app. The "Permitted Users" must be updated first.
