Organization-Wide Addresses do not immediately show up in Lightning User Interface

Descripción
When a new organization wide email address is created in Lightning Experience or Salesforce Classic it may not be immediately available to Users in Lightning but will be immediately available in Classic.
Solución
This is the expected behavior, the Classic user interface caches organization-wide addresses more often than  the Lightning Experience user interface.

The delay depends on how much data is stored in the organization and may range from 30 minutes to a several days.
