Description

In a Lightning Experience Site, Embedded Service Chat messages appear multiple times in the agent or visitor widget. 
Résolution
Within Experience Builder:
  • Ensure there is not more than one instance of the Embedded Service Chat widget on the page.
  • Review all variations of the page and make sure there is only one instance.

*The Embedded Service Chat component should be located on the Experience Site template footer.
