Some tabs are missing from the top navigation bar when using the Account Engagement Lightning App

If some tabs are missing from the top navigation bar after all the Account Engagement Lightning App setup steps have been completed, you'll want to ensure that the Account Engagement tabs are not set to "Tab Hidden" for the desired Salesforce profile(s). The tabs should instead be set to "Default On". The steps below should be followed in Salesforce lightning.

We recommend adding the following Account Engagement tabs as default on:
Account Engagement Campaigns
Account Engagement Email
Account Engagement Reports
Account Engagement Settings
Automations
Content
Dashboard (the one with object api name value 'B2bHome')
Email Content
(only visible to select once Enhanced Email for Account Engagement is configured)
Email Templates
Engagement Studio
Landing Pages
Prospects


To edit the tab settings:
1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup > search for "Profiles" in the Quick Find search box.
2. Within the "Profiles" section, Select the specific profile and click on object settings.
3. Click the specific Object Name and go to the 'Tab Settings' section of the profile edit page.
4. For any of the tabs listed in Step 2 of the above section. To determine which tabs to enable, change them to
"Default On".
5. Save the profile.
6. Repeat for any other Salesforce profiles that need access to these Account Engagement Lightning App tabs.

Note: if you wish to make this change via a permission set instead of the user's profile level, this can be done by creating a new permission set with the 'Salesforce' license. Once a permission set has been created with the 'Salesforce' license, the Account Engagement App tabs visibility can be set to "Default On" in the Object Settings of the permission set per step 4 above. The permission set can then be assigned to the relevant users to gain access to the Account Engagement Lightning App tabs. This permission set can be assigned only to users with a Salesforce user license and cannot be assigned to Identity license users who would have to be given the access on the profile-level.
