When sending a list email with attachments in Salesforce, the email may not be sent. Instead, you receive a notification email containing the following error:
Error: List email "ListEmailSubject" was canceled due to an error detected by the system. Error code: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY Error description: EntityObject can not be initialized with null EntityInfo
This error occurs when the Content Deliveries feature permission is not enabled for the user sending the list email. Without this permission, Salesforce cannot generate the content delivery links required to attach files to list emails.
To resolve this error, enable the Content Deliveries feature permission for the affected user in Salesforce Setup. The steps differ between Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
If the Content Deliveries and Public Links option is not visible in Setup, submit a new case to the Salesforce Feature Activation and Limits Support Team and request that the Content Deliveries permission be enabled for the org.
Set Up Content Deliveries.
