Manage Email Templates from the Template Home Page

Now Row-level actions (Edit, Clone or Delete) let users manage items while viewing them in a list.

Note: Users with the Modify All Data permission or the System Administration profile, can edit and delete any  Lightning Email Templates.

This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

Please follow the below steps to manage Edit, Clone or Delete Lightning Email Templates:

1. Login To Salesforce.
2. Open the App Launcher, on the left side of the navigation bar
3. The App Launcher displays all your available Salesforce apps and items. Please select the Email Templates app from the list.
4. Now you will see all the Lightning Email Templates.
5. Please select any one of the action ( Edit, Clone or Delete) which you required.

Choices depend's on the user’s permissions to the email template.
