Kuvaus
As part of the Testing tab in the Account Engagement email editor in Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions, an email rendering and spam analysis tool is offered.

This rendering test tool is powered by Litmus (a third party company that specializes in email design and testing) and offers previews of how the email and its subject line will appear in different clients along with testing the email against most major desktop and server-side spam filters.

In some instances the spam analysis check may show fails against individual spam filters or the check can fail overall.
Ratkaisu

If the spam analysis check has failed overall, please rerun the rendering test. If this new test also fails, please check out Litmus's status monitoring site for performance issues and rerun the rendering test when the service is fully operational again.

If the spam analysis check has failed on individual spam filters, look at the feedback and the suggestions displayed in the Spam Analysis section and try to incorporate these into the email design.

If no feedback or suggestions are provided, review the body of the email and the subject line with email best practices in mind for possible areas for improve and update where possible.

Rerun the rendering test after updating the email to determine if the changes have had a positive impact or if further updates are necessary.

On occasion, email spam analyses can stay in progress and not complete. If multiple spam analyses are created within a short period of time and the email variations have similar content, this can cause issues when trying to get results back for each individual spam analysis.
Best practice is to wait about 2 hours in between spam tests that are run for emails with nearly identical content, because otherwise, result matching may fail and this means missing results that never complete for the email.

Please note, the results of the rendering test do not guarantee 100% that the emails will or will not end up in the spam/junk folder. The tests are more of a guide to help identify if there is any room for improvement with the email specific to those email clients rather than a hard and fast result. There are additional factors like your previous history with the prospect or prospect's company which Litmus cannot take into account but can have a strong positive influence on inbox placement.
