Facebook Lead Access requirements for Lead Capture task creation

There are instances where by customers have page admin but are unable to ingest leads or cannot create a lead task. This happens when their manage lead access is setup as customised.
Ratkaisu
By default, all Page admins and connected CRMs can access leads.

If you customise your leads access, new Page admins and CRMs won't have access by default. You'll need to assign access manually.
