Salesforce-Account Engagement Connector stuck as 'Connection Down'

The Salesforce connector in Account Engagement may display ‘Connection Down’ and syncing cannot occur between systems. A Salesforce user can verify if the required installed package is present in the Salesforce org as well as confirm the proper profile, managed app, and/or permission sets as outlined below. 
Lösning
Ensure the following steps have been completed in your Salesforce org:
  • b2bmaIntegration package is installed (Instructions to uninstall/reinstall can be found here)
  • B2BMA Integration User profile is assigned to the Connected App Pardot_to_SF_Integration_Secure_Connected_App found under 'App Manager' in Salesforce Setup
    • If you have changed the Salesforce connector user from the default user b2bmaintegration@<org-id>.ext to an individual user (i.e. person@company.com), add the user's profile to the app Pardot_to_SF_Integration_Secure_Connected_App as well.
  • B2BMA Integration user (Salesforce user with username b2bmaintegration@<org-id>.ext) has been assigned the Account Engagement Integration User permission set

If you have successfully completed the above and the connector is still 'Connection Down', please contact Account Engagement Support.
