Why don't I see Snippets in the HML picker of my Account Engagement email?

Description
Snippets are a Salesforce object that have a relationship to a Campaign through a junction object, Snippet Assignment. Snippets that are assigned to the campaign of a Account Engagement email will be made available in the Account Engagement email HML picker.
Résolution
If Snippets do not appear in the HML picker, verify the steps below:
  • Snippet and assignment were created after the Salesforce connector was implemented.
    • If they were created before, edit the Snippet or delete/undelete the Snippet to trigger it to be replicated. Note: a user will need the Sales Cloud, CRM, or Service Cloud permission set license to create, edit, and place snippets.
  • Snippet is assigned to the same campaign as the asset (email/email template).
  • The campaign a Snippet is assigned is a connected campaign.
  • Account Engagement account has been opted into HML
  • It has been at least 5 minutes since snippet creation.
  • Connector user has access to Snippets and has been assigned the Account Engagement and Account Engagement Connector User permission set.
