Account name gets removed from contact by Automated Process

This is most likely be related to the Lightning Sync or EAC (Einstein Activity Capture) Sync the affected user's email connected from more than 2 orgs (Sandboxes). 

1. The same email account linked to different org(s) and EAC sync contact in both ways.  

2. The same email account linked to different org(s) and Lightning sync contact in both ways. 

Important
If you’re set up to sync both ways, we recommend that you or your admin create relevant Salesforce accounts before rolling out contact sync. Otherwise, if you don’t resolve unmatched Salesforce contacts before the next sync cycle, Lightning Sync removes the company from the Microsoft contact.


Because of the above-mentioned behavior.  if the account does not exist in both orgs,  this will cause the Account field to be moved from both org with the same email address after the full cycle sync.
Solución
Disconnect the email from other orgs (Sandboxes). 
or
Change the Contact Sync direction if needed.
