Considerations for Subscribing to Dashboards with Filters

When you subscribe to a dashboard that has active filters, please be aware that the filters are automatically removed upon delivery. The dashboard will be sent showing data for "All".

As a result, recipients may see data that was unintended for the specific filtered view, as the subscription does not preserve the selected filter values.

Løsning

Set the filters to "All" and ensure the dashboard is in an unfiltered state.
Because dashboard subscriptions do not preserve active filter values and will deliver an unfiltered view to recipients, configure the dashboard to display all data before setting up the subscription. To do this, set all filters to 'All' and confirm the dashboard is in an unfiltered state prior to subscribing.
