Saving an Account Engagement email draft fails with no clear reason

Description
Account Engagement has a character limit on completion action URLs.

If the email has a completion action set on a specific URL, and the URL is longer than 255 characters, Account Engagement will be unable to save the email draft. This may also manifest by a user getting “stuck” on the Sending tab - the email editor tries to commit changes when a tab is switched, but is unable to due to the character limit error. 
Résolution
Any link which has a completion action must have a URL which totals fewer than 255 characters. If need be, you can shorten the URL with bit.ly or other similar service.
