Sales - Error: Related Content Value cannot exceed 32,768 characters

This error occurs in Salesforce, when the source code of a rich text field exceeds the 32,768-character limit. To resolve it, verify the current character count and, if exceeded, increase the field's limit."

This error may occur in Agentforce Sales, formerly known as Sales Cloud, when inserting or updating data in a Rich Text field in the Knowledge Article editor or other record types.

Steps to Resolve:

• To fix the issue, we have to verify the limit of data we are using in the field.
• Click 'Source' to view the source code of the data we have added to the field.
• Copy the source code and paste at https://www.charactercountonline.com/ to verify the count of the data used in the field.
• The site also shows the count of the characters used for the field.
  
  If the limit is more than the actual limit of the field then increase the limit of the field.
