Using the external survey link will provide easy access to survey for users that is not within your Organization. There are times through where users encounter the errors below:

Error in $A.getCallback() [[object Object]]
Callback failed: serviceComponent://ui.interaction.runtime.components.controllers.FlowRuntimeController/ACTION$runInterview
Failing descriptor: {markup://flowruntime:flowRuntime}

To resolve these errors, enable a “Create” permission for the Guest Profile used by the Community on the Survey Response object.

To enable “Create” permission for Guest Profile on Survey Response object



Salesforce Classic 
  1. Click on Setup.
  2. Enter All Sites on the Quick Find box.
  3. Click All Sites.
  4. Next to the site, click Builder.
  5. Click the gear icon.
  6. Click General.
  7. Under “Guest User Profile”, click on the profile name.
  8. Click Edit.
  9. Under 'Standard Object Permission' section, search for 'Survey Response.'
  10. Select Create. This will provide access to external users. 
  11. Click Save.

Lightning Experience
  1. Click the gear icon.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Enter All Sites on the Quick Find box.
  4. Click All Sites.
  5. Next to the community, click Builder.
  6. Click the gear icon. 
  7. Click General.
  8. Under “Guest User Profile”, click on the profile name. 
  9. Click Edit.
  10. Under Standard Object Permission section, search for “Survey Response.”
  11. Select "Create" permission. This will provide access to external users.
  12. Click Save.
