Omni-Channel Presence Statuses cannot be viewed properly in Chrome

This issue affects Salesforce Omni-Channel users who have Chrome's font size set above the default Medium value. Adjusting the Chrome font size to Medium (Recommended) resolves the display issue with Presence Statuses.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open Chrome.
  • Click on the 'Customize and control Google Chrome' button (the three dots icon on the right-hand side).
  • Select Settings.
  • Go to Appearance, and then Font Size. The selected font size is Large or Very Large.


If users access the Omni-Channel widget via a Console / App, you will notice that the Omni-Channel Presence Statuses cannot be viewed properly. This makes it hard for users to select the correct Presence Status.

Solución

Resolution:

Users can work with a different browser or follow the steps below for Chrome:

  • Open Chrome.
  • Click on 'Customize and control Google Chrome' button (the three dots icon on the right-hand side).
  • Select Settings.
  • Go to Appearance, and then Font Size. Ensure that the Font Size is set to at least 'Medium (Recommended)'.
