When users have an Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) license assigned, the message "Sharing isn't available. Try again later" appears in the Salesforce Inbox side panel.

This article describes three scenarios that cause the "Sharing isn't available. Try again later" error in the Salesforce Inbox or EAC email integration side panel, and provides a resolution for each. Identify which scenario applies and follow the corresponding steps.
Connect the email account of the affected user under Personal Settings. See Connect Your Email and Calendar to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture for step-by-step instructions.
Create a Contact or Lead record in Salesforce that matches the email address on the email. Wait for Einstein Activity Capture to auto-capture that email to Salesforce. Once a matching record exists, the sharing options will be available.
If an email account is already connected, disconnect and reconnect it under the Einstein section of Personal Settings. You should see a green confirmation banner at the top of the Salesforce page with the following message:
"We are getting Einstein Activity Capture ready for you. While you wait, choose who you want to share emails and events with."
Once the initial capture stage is complete, the side panel will show the following sharing options:
Note: If the user has an Einstein Activity Capture license assigned, the Log Email button is replaced by one of the three sharing options listed above.
