When Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) is enabled, Lightning Experience (LEX) Users as well as administrator Users can see the message "This email isn't shared with you.." in the email activities sent by other Users under the Activity Timeline of Salesforce records.
Note: The Default Activity Sharing is set to "Share with Everyone” under setup page of Einstein Activity Capture settings.
The main reason users are seeing the message that "This email isn't shared with you" in email activities sent by other users, is because the user sending the email needs a setting change. The emails are present, but the content is unavailable.
Because the sharing setting of that User is set to 'Don’t Share', we will want to update the User's personal settings as directed here:
After saving the change, go back to the record and refresh the page. Under the Activity Timeline, you should now see the content of the email.
If you are unable to see emails in the Activity Timeline as expected, please review the information offered in the article on Emails Captured via 'Einstein Activity Capture' Not Seen in the Activity Timeline.
