Users See the Message “This email isn't shared with you…” on Emails From Einstein Activity Capture

The main reason users are seeing the message that "This email isn't shared with you" in email activities sent by other users, is because the user sending the email needs a setting change.  The emails are present, but the content is unavailable.

Because the sharing setting of that User is set to 'Don’t Share', we will want to update the User's personal settings as directed here:

1. Click on your avatar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Enter Einstein Activity Capture in the Quick Find box, then select Sharing Settings under Einstein Activity Capture.
4. Under Sharing settings, check if it was set to 'Don't Share' then change it to 'Shared with Everyone'.
5. Click on Save.

After saving the change, go back to the record and refresh the page. Under the Activity Timeline, you should now see the content of the email.
