Salesforce Accessibility Support is here to help you get the most out of your Salesforce investment. Here's a guide with contact numbers and availability for phone support for customers with hearing or speech impairments.

These phone numbers should be called with the use of a telecommunications relay service (TRS). A TRS can be reached anywhere in the United States by dialing 711 or by using the United States TRS directory to find the designated phone number for each state.

  • Severity 1 Issues (Premier and Standard Support Customers)
    Use the phone numbers in this article to contact Accessibility Support for the following products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, B2B Commerce, and DMP.

  • Premier Support Customers (including Premier Partners)
    Premier phone support is available for non Severity 1 issues as well. However, we encourage the use of Salesforce Help as the initial resource to find knowledge articles that relate to your issue, start a chat, or to open a Case.

  • Standard Support Customers
    Standard phone support is available for Severity 1 issues only. For other support, visit Salesforce Help to open a support Case at any time.


Authentication information the Support Agent may ask for:
  • Customer First and Last name
  • Customer Email Address or Username
  • Customer Account Name
  • Customer Org ID
  • Customer Phone Number
  • Case Number if applicable
