Public Experience Site link directs to login page

公開日: Oct 13, 2022
説明

Accessing the public Experience Site directs to the login page instead of the home page.

For example, the site's url is https://sample.com/customer. Once it accessed the expected behavior is to be directed to the site's home page https://sample.com/customer/s/, however, users will be directed to the site's login page instead https://sample.com/customer/s/login.

To resolve this, they need to assign the main page in the Experience Site Home within Administration and ensure the Home page is set to PUBLIC in Experience Builder.

解決策

To assign 'main' in the Experience Site Home do the following:

Lightning Experience

  1. Gear icon  | Setup | Feature SettingsDigital Experiences | All Sites | Workspaces Administration Pages

  2. In the Experience Site Home, choose Experience Builder Page and search for the page "main".
  3. Select this page.
  4. Click Save.

Salesforce Classic

  1. Setup | Build | Customize | Digital Experiences | All Sites | Workspaces Administration Pages
  2. In the Experience Site Home, choose Experience Builder Page and search for the page "main".
  3. Select this page.
  4. Click Save.
Note: Make sure that the Home Page in Experience Builder is also set to Public.
