Julkaisupäivä: May 5, 2026
Kuvaus

An External Delegated Administrator receives a URL No Longer Exists error page when clicking either the Enable Partner User or Enable Customer User button on a contact record to enable a site user in Experience Cloud.

Ratkaisu

To resolve this error, enable the Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages setting on the site detail page of the affected Experience Cloud site.

Enable 'Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages' in Lightning Experience

  1. Go to gear icon | Setup | Feature Settings | Digital Experiences | All Sites
  2. Click through Workspaces | Administration | Pages
  3. Click the Go to force.com link
  4. Click Edit
  5. Select Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages
  6. Click Save

Enable 'Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages' in Salesforce Classic

  1. Go to Setup | Build | Customize | Digital Experiences | All Sites
  2. Click through Workspaces | Administration | Pages
  3. Click the Go to force.com link
  4. Click Edit
  5. Select Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages
  6. Click Save

Alternative: Use the 'Community Members' Related List

If your site requires that Allow Access to Standard Salesforce Pages remain disabled, configure the Community Members related list on the portal account instead. This is the recommended approach for delegated external administrators to create site users.
To implement this alternative:

  1. Edit the account page layout to include the Community Members related list.
  2. Remove the Enable Partner User and Enable Customer User actions from contact page layouts visible to your delegated external administrators.
