Trailhead and myTrailhead are two different offerings available from Salesforce.
 

What is Trailhead?

Trailhead is the fun way to learn. With engaging, bite-size content, Trailhead helps you gain new skills and hone existing ones. Trailhead is gamified, with assessments that demonstrate your skills, and badges and points that illustrate your progress. And Trailhead content is self-serve: Whenever you want to learn something new, Trailhead is at your fingertips.
 

What is Enablement (previously called myTrailhead)?

Enablement is your company’s content and brand on Trailhead. You can offer the same bite-size, skill-based, gamified learning experience as Salesforce Trailhead.

To contact Support for troubleshooting issues with Trailhead or Enablement (previously called myTrailhead):

    Once you’ve created a case, click on your Salesforce Help icon in the upper right corner and choose My Cases to check its progress.
