Unwanted/Custom Fields populate on the Outlook Integration Side Panel

 
Solución
NOTE: When using Managed Package on Contacts, you will see the following custom fields on the Contacts object and for some reason, it will be available on the Outlook Integration Side Panel as well. Even if you hide and not deploy the  following custom fields under Contacts page layout, it will still be available on the Outlook Integration Side Panel.

Make sure that the Managed Package is unchecked under Compact Layout on Contacts object.

In Salesforce Classic:

- Setup | Quick Find 'Contact' | Select 'Compact Layout' | Edit the 'Compact Layout Assignment' | Make the 'System Default' as your 'Compact Layout' | Save


In Lightning Experience:

- Setup | Object Manager | Contacts | Compact Layout | Edit the 'Compact Layout Assignment' | Make the 'System Default' as your 'Compact Layout' | Save

Note: Review Compact Layouts for further information.

If the object has multiple record types, the object Compact Layout will have the option to create “Record Type Overrides” available for each record types. This option allows the admin to create different compact layouts based on the object record type. However, if the override has a different compact layout with the ‘Primary Compact Layout’, the Outlook Integration will follow the compact layout based on the record type override and not the primary compact layout.
