Enable User Access to Your Account App

The Your Account App is available for customers with standard Salesforce CRM licenses. System admins have “Your Account” access by default and can grant access permissions to other users in their org.

 

Løsning

To resolve this, you will need to grant user access permissions. System admins can grant user access to the Your Account app in a few different ways:

 

  • For users that also need full access to Salesforce - Enable the “Manage Billing” permission on the user’s assigned profile.

 

  • For users that do not need full access to Salesforce - Grant free access using an identity license and assign the “Your Account App Admin User” permission set.

 

  • If your billing contact needs access to the Your Account app: We’ve streamlined this process for billing contacts specifically. Simply update their access permissions right from the Contract page.

Troubleshoot Access Issues:

  • If user permissions are assigned properly and the Your Account App is still unavailable, please refer to Unable to Access Your Account App for troubleshooting.
  • Your Account app is not available in Sandbox or Developer Edition orgs.
