Assign New Lead Records to a Salesforce Queue

On creating new lead records (manually/via API), you cannot specify a Lead queue as the record owner.

Решение

In Salesforce, you cannot set a Queue as the Lead owner at the time of Lead creation. However, you can assign Leads to a queue after creation (manually) or automate the assignment for bulk imports using Salesforce Flow.

Assign a Lead to a Queue Manually:

You cannot specify a Lead owner while creating it, however, once the lead record is created, you can change its owner and assign it to the queue. Follow below steps to do so:

1. Open the newly created lead.
2. Go to Details tab
3. Click on the 'Change Owner' icon on the Lead Owner field
4. Click on the dropdown arrow for People icon on appeared window & choose Queue.
5. Check mark 'Send Notification Email' (Optional)
6. Click Change Owner


Assign Leads to a Queue in Bulk (Salesforce Flow):

To achieve the expected functionality, you need to create a process using Salesforce Flow (the modern replacement for Process Builder) and assign it to the Lead Queue.
