Sales Cadences, Work Queue, or Call Scripts Not Visible in Sales Engagement

In the Sales Engagement app, users may find that the Sales Cadences, Work Queue, or Call Scripts tabs are missing from the console navigation. This typically occurs when the user's profile tab settings are not configured correctly or when the tabs have not been added to the Sales Engagement app's navigation items.

Lösung

 

Visibility of Sales Engagement tabs depends on a combination of tab settings, app configuration, and assigned licenses/permission sets. Verify each of the following.


Step 1: Check Tab Settings on Profile

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Navigate to Profiles
  3. Open the affected user’s profile
  4. Locate Tab Settings
  5. Ensure the following are set to Default On:
    • Sales Cadences
    • Work Queue
    • Call Scripts

Step 2: Verify App Navigation Items

If tab settings are correct but tabs are still not visible:

  1. Go to Setup → App Manager
  2. Locate Sales Engagement
  3. Click Edit
  4. Select Navigation Items
  5. Ensure the following are in Selected Items:
    • Sales Cadences
    • Work Queue
    • Call Scripts
  6. Save changes

Step 3: Verify Required Permissions and Licenses

Tabs will not appear unless the user has the required assignments:

  • Sales Engagement Permission Set License (PSL)
  • Sales Engagement User Permission Set

Note:

  • Even administrators cannot see these tabs in profile settings without these assignments
  • Assign the required PSL and permission set before troubleshooting further
