Lighting Dialer Voicemail Drop Messages Get Cut Short (Lightning Only)

When a Lightning Dialer user selects a voicemail drop message before the answering machine 'beeps' to prompt the user to leave a message, the part of the voicemail message will be lost.
解決策
This is working as designed. Users must wait until after the 'beep' sound before leaving the recording.
