Learn how to ensure that your page layout will be the same for all users in your Salesforce org. An example is in an Account record, all users are assigned with the same Account page layout however some users are not seeing all related lists placed on the Account page layout.
When not all users see the same Related Lists, this happens when users have customized their personal Related List settings. The following instructions show how to override all users' personal Account object Related List setting.
